Brown and Masked Booby’s are just one of over 200 species we treat here at PHSS. We have seen only about 49 of these protected birds in the past 41 years making them one of our more rare patients. The most common reason for admission of these birds is exhaustion due to migration and aspergillosis, a fungal infection of the lungs.
